WeCOPE is a comprehensive, Extension-led program focused on improving mental health, well-being, and physical health. WeCOPE is activity and practice-based and in it’s full form consists of seven sessions or “lessons” with an array of practical activities that research shows has clear benefits in promoting good health and well-being. The WeCOPE program can also be boiled down into one or more shorter offerings.
